Credit Card and PayPal payments?

We gladly accept PayPal and Credit Cards for payment.

However, for security reason we won’t allow products to be shipped to an address other than your billing address unless that shipping information is registered with your credit card company.
If you need to ship to a different address, please contact PayPal or your card-issuer (toll free number on the back of your card) and have the alternate ship-to-address added as an authorized shipping location in your account records or in the memo field.

Why consider getting more than the standard 1 Year Parts Warranty?

Every component of your Clevo-Sager notebook computer is checked, then rechecked, to ensure system integrity.

Then each computer is tested for a full 96 hours, in two separate procedures, to certify system excellence.

However like ALL quality electronics, failures can and do happen at times.  For example a motherboard on these models can run from $250.00 to much, much more!  A GPU (Video card like a NVIDIA video card) can cost over $1000.00

When you get the 3 YEAR PARTS Warranty this would cover ALL defective parts, labor and shipping to and from the service center in the LA, California area.

This FREE shipping alone can save alot (The FREE shipping for warranty is for those in the CONUS or the 48 contiguous states)  What peace of mind this is!

How long does it take once I order?  When can I expect my order?

The normal build, testing,  and prep to shipping time is about 6-8 BUSINESS DAYS (not counting Sat, Sun, or Holidays)

The shipping time depends on your shipping method and where it is shippng to.  For example since most ship from the LA, California area it can take 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS to reach the east coast of the USA.

Are you a PREMA Bios partner?

Yes we are.  However Prema only has his Bios for 2 current models, the Sager NP9176 / Clevo P775TM1-G and the Sager NP9156 / Clevo P750TM1-G.  These models can have the Prema bios remotely installed by Teamviewer AFTER you receive your order with the standard bios.

We can setup a time to do the remote install with a Windows installer of the Prema Bios.  Contact us for more information.  Thank you.

Do you offer a discount?

The margin is very tight with the current line up, however we may have a little additional discount over and above the Website Specials!

It always depends on your order total.  Please include the regular low price your configuration shows.

Does LPCDIGITAL offer Student or Military Discounts?

LPCDIGITAL provides both student and military discounts.

The margin is very tight with the current line up, however yes we do have a little additional discount over and above the Website Specials.

To qualify for these discounts you must be active in the Military or an active Student.  Only one discount per order.

What is your Return Policy and Refund Policy?

…YOU MAY RETURN IT WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM ITS ORIGINAL SHIP DATE FOR A 100% REFUND LESS SHIPPING CHARGES… (See the Support section)

Please note that it takes 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS after the laptop is received at Sager Factory Service Center for a REFUND CHECK to be mailed to you or a Credit Card, PayPal refund.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We charge sales tax only for orders shipped within Nevada.  Sales tax is automatically computed on product(s) costs. For orders where the customer resides in California, LPCDIGITAL will cover the added shipping expense to have your machine sent into our Nevada office to avoid California Taxes .  This DOUBLE Shipping cost is non-refundable if you return the unit for a refund.  If a customer prefers Direct Factory Shipping and is paying the California Tax, this can be set up by request.

Do I have to Pay Duties-Taxes on shipments shipping outside of the US?

All International Customers (including Canada) will have to pay Taxes/Duties upon receipt of their package.  Most ALL countries do this.

These charges are not charged by LPCDIGITAL, LLC

They are charged by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. To find out more information or receive an estimate on the taxes/duties due please contact UPS at 1-800-782-7892.
Customers can avoid UPS’s brokerage fees by selecting the UPS Express shipping option.

In addition to taxes, Brokerage fee’s are approximately $80 that can be avoided with the UPS Express shipping option.

Do you accept International Orders and how is the warranty handled?

LPCDIGITAL will gladly accept International Orders. For any International Order (Outside of US and Canada) we require payment via Bank Wire, Transfer.

At this time, ALL shipments that we ship outside the USA must go with UPS Worldwide Expedited (except for Military APO/FPO).

For the cost please send us the exact model and configuration you want before ordering.  You might consider a forwarding service.

LPCDIGITAL provides International Shipping via UPS and USPS. UPS is our recommended option for International Customers. Although USPS is less expensive.

USPS provides slower transit times and if the package is lost or damaged the USPS claim process can take much more time then UPS.

What are the payment choices?

We accept for the US and Canada, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards via PayPal.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number–the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. We never bill for credit card service fees. You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure. We employ the latest encryption technology in all parts of our site that require any personal information.

What is a CASH payment?

Online Bank payments, Bank Wire Transfers, Checks & Money Orders: 

We accept Bank Online payments like Bill Pay, Sure Pay, etc, Wire Transfers, Bank Cashier’s Checks, Company checks, money orders.

Some use Zelle to send a CASH payment if you have a bank that is in the link below…

We can send you the BANK information for LPCDIGITAL, LLC after  you place an online CASH type order.

If you are sending a check, it is better to send an OFFICIAL BANK CHECK and not a personal check (unless it is a Wells Fargo Bank personal check, this is our BANK)

A Wells Fargo Bank deposit is the fastest way to make a CASH type payment.

Personal checks can take 2 weeks or more to clear.  Please let us know when the payment is on the way.  Please send a picture of the CHECK or the TRANSFER if possible this way we can get started on your order right away. Thank you.
